Richmond Borough Mind values diversity and difference.  We welcome applications from women, people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, and people with disabilities, particularly individuals with lived experience of mental health problems. We know all are under-represented in Chair and Non-Executive roles.

About the Organisation

Richmond Borough Mind is a well-established and vibrant independent local charity. RB Mind exists to make a difference through providing quality services for people with low to moderate and more complex mental health needs and their carers. We seek to raise awareness and change attitudes towards mental health. Last year we reached nearly 8000 people and continue our work to reach more diverse and under-served communities. We value the excellent partnerships we have with local GPs, NHS and other voluntary sector organisations, and work closely with the Mind federated network.
