Join us and help make a positive difference to the life chances of Leicestershire’s children and young people. We are seeking a trustee with financial expertise to join our committed and skilled Board and to join the Finance Committee. Full induction and further training and support is provided whether you have governance experience or not. Trustees meet for six two-hour meetings per year and the Finance Committee meets for four two-hour meetings per year.

Who we are

TMET is a well-regarded and growing school trust, currently with 13 schools in and around Leicester. The Trust exists to make a positive difference to the life chances of children and young people and to our wider community. We are at a significant point in our development with both a new CEO and staff development institute starting in September. The Trust Board (currently 11 trustees) govern the Trust and are company directors and charity trustees of the charitable company that is the Trust. The Board has committees to focus on areas of the Trust work and to govern the individual schools (the latter populated by non-trustees).
