Role Summary
The Vice Chair will support the Chair and the rest of the Trustees to lead the organisation, working closely with other team members including volunteers and paid staff. The Vice Chair will advise and guide on all governance matters. The Vice Chair will be expected to attend Board meetings and the Annual General Meeting. Normally Trustees are asked to commit to a 2-3-year term on the Board and serve for a maximum of 2 terms. All appointments are subject to completion of a successful 3 month probationary period.
