Full Job Description This role is a general bookkeeper /accountant role (remote) for a social enterprise based in Zambia.
Preparing and processing payroll.
Recording transactions such as income and outgoing.
Processing payments and providing remittances for clients.
Conducting daily banking activities,
Producing various financial reports.
Maintaining complete filing system to support financial records.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Working with the Team to provide financial reports once a month.
Credit control and ensuring payments are received on time.
Preparation of Management reports
Skills and Experience:
Bookkeeping/accounting experience (2 years)
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with quick books
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent timekeeping and the ability to work with deadlines.
Effective communication skills.
