We are a Football Club, soon to be charity needing a general bookkeeper /accountant to help us manage our finances. We are a start-up organisation, so we are looking for an experienced financial professional to get us on track.
Preparing and processing payroll.
Recording transactions such as income and outgoing.
Conducting daily banking activities,
Producing financial reports.
Maintaining complete filing system to support financial records.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Credit control and ensuring payments are received on time.
Preparation of Management reports
SORP experience (Desirable)- Willingness to learn about charity accounting
Skills and Experience:
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with accounting software
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent timekeeping and the ability to work with deadlines.
Effective communication skills.
