AIDS Memory UK are looking for a voluntary treasurer/ trustee. AIDS Memory UK have a remit to deliver The AIDS Memorial in London by 2017.
We will commission a public artwork to be placed on an already secured Central London location. We have early funding attached to find an artist and a design.
Key tasks of the Treasurer / Trustee
The treasurer will oversee the monitoring of AIDS Memory UK's finances advising the board of trustees on how to carry out its financial responsibilities; working with professional advisors; overseeing the preparation and scrutiny of annual accounts; and it may include taking on some of the day to day financial duties, such as book-keeping, budgeting and preparation of reports.
